Sailing to Doc Ford's in St Pete for lunch the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Leaving TSS at 8:30 if the average is under 8kts, 9:00 if it's over. There are 10-12 spots with meters run by the city, I don't know how fast they fill, but I would bet money you don't really have to pay...
