Notice of Race
TSS Open Portsmouth Regatta
Location: Tampa Sailing Squadron
Date: September 11th 2010
Classes: Open to all boats 19ft or less. There
will be an open Portsmouth class, beachcat class, and Flying Scot one design
class (based on attendance)
Entries: Registration will be on site the morning
of the event or you can email Brian O'Leary. The entry fee will be $25.00 for
non US Sailing members and $20.00 for members. Single person boats such as
Lasers and Sunfish the entry fee will only be $10.00. Awards will be given for
each class. Hamburgers, Hotdogs and beverages will be provided after racing.
Races will be held in the bay just off of Apollo
Beach. Open Portsmouth class and Flying Scots will be racing windward-leeward's.
The beachcat class will be a random leg course to be posted at the skippers
meeting. Full sailing instruction will be available on the club website (www.sail-tss.org)
or by contacting Brian O'Leary.
